You might have to be a bit more specific.....Satwa is a 'suburb' of Dubai. It kinda stays open all the time. Anything particular in Satwa you were looking for?

The best option which a lot of people chose is a full time live in maid who can aslo look after the kids while the parents are at work. Its quite common here and also a much cheaper option than a nursery.
