Is blocking VoIP illegal?
I live in Dubai and I have been using my VoIP service since last year. Recently they signed a contract with a British company that would block all VoIP connections in the U.A.E. and I was wondering if this is legal or not? Is there anyway to bypass this or what?

Is there any voip services available that works in UAE ? I need to get a voip number (incoming or/and outgoing) for US or any European country.I want to configure an ATA for that. Suggest me one that works there.
