lol what a joke...i just saw cows flying last night. 10 yrs from now dubai's demographic will be the same it is today. why would a chinese move to dubai anyway? anyone who understands china and its culture knows that this wont happen. I think they have big savings in bank but they just take advantage of the crisis situation.

They call it UNLIMITED CONTRACT yet it will expire after 2 or 3 years.

Our Company Offered us a 6-month leave without pay to those who don't want to accept the 20% salary deduction.
Questions:
1.Is 6-month leave allowed by the law?
2.What if the company's motive is to let you have a 6-month leave and later file a complain for running away from sponsor?
