I just opened the link and when Bankok appears as the best city I stopped. I can easyli think of 42 better cities.

NEW YORK is the best bar none...

Don't know anyone who has been to new york and did not have a good time (although i'm sure they exist).

I was in a discussion regarding salaries etc. And made me think of my first "salary"... It was $0.25 per hour.

What was your first salary in $ - even if you were paid in cow pies...

Ambassador, why are we talking in USD? I had to dust my google converter off! My first wage was $6.95 per week, yes, per week. I worked 40 hours per week. I was thinking rupees, turkish lyra or zimbawge dollars but then the conversion gets complicated so i picked greenbacks. I know you are no teena...

It is and old saying: 'learn a new thing everyday'...that made me think of this thread. I think it is very applicable in my life.

For example, today I just learned about Marian Anderson - great voice (see related thread).
