According to the Law of Dubai , which is governed by the United Arab Emirates (UAE ) to the labor law ,the employer must give an employee a minimum of 30 days notice prior to termination of the employment contract . The right of Aram Arab Emirates is inflexible in this sense meaning that the law leaves no room for negotiation, even when the employer is willing to give consent for a shorter period of time.Any shorter period of contractual notice is unlikely to be binding on the employer.
Upon termination of employment , labor legislation UAE provides that an employee is reimbursed by all rights have not been able to benefit from ,such as unused license. If the employee has worked for the company continuously for at least one year, and not participate in the pension plan of the company ,gratitude is owed to them on termination of employment .This is paid at the rate of 21 days per year for 1-5 years of service, and 30 days for more than 5 years. This is rightfully his as an "end of the service . ' Law specifically states that the United Arab Emirates on the termination of a contract, the employer shall return an employee to his country of origin, if the employee does not find another job within a period of time.
