sites are good, but practical first hand experience is a MUST. i recommend CD programs where you can interact with a voice recorded person

I must say this section is completely rubbish.

With regards to "Learn Classical Arabic, free" there is no guide, advice, direction etc

come on people...where are all the good people who want to teach this wonderful language to people like me.
