I found this site that many of my friends use it to learn Arabic for non-Arabic speakers !!
Try it and tell me is it good or not !!!

Why is it like alif'UN, baa'UN, etc? We didn't learn 'UN in school or anywhere.

It just as song to make learning easy but I see what you mean. It might be confusing.
