Any info on arabic as second language school which can sponsor a student visa (licensed Educational Institutions recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education). thanks a lot

why dont you ask a local university. try a search on google for dubai city information. look for links that end in .ae. these are government run most likely and can guide you in the right direction...
