teaching position in chemistry or pharmaceutical science

i am organic chemistry graduate and going to complete my PhD in medicinal chemistry soon. I am Indian citizen but I would like to work in UAE, so where do I have to start ?It would be a good idea to go by myself and look for a job? ? I am looking for teaching in chemistry or pharmaceutical science for undergrad/grad. Apart from my PhD I have no experience. Please someone advice me.
