Took leadership of Operations Security, Facilities, Safety/Security, Fire and Rescue Department of the regional Government , after having no manager for three years, and within a year turned it around into the top performing department in Norway with the following strategies:

As Senior Operations Manager of Security, Safety, Fire and Rescue , I was in charge with the Security/Safety protection active and passive, with emergency response and technical standards of Corporate, Construction, Financial, Factories, Health and other economical and strategical institutions of High Importance in my Region.
I was in charge with proactive and preventive Security, Safety programs, systems, strategies against, terrorism, informational penetration, theft, “unfair” informational competition, vandalism, and other threats.
Ensuring the Operations Security, Safety Facilities management, safety, security, fire and rescue programs, systems of twenty-three financial, retail, health care, hospitality and government buildings under my jurisdiction at the highest level according to the latest local, national, and international standards including ISO series 9000 and ISO 14000.
To develop and deploy effective security programs. To implement strategies to mitigate risk, maintain continuity of operations and to safeguard the organization. To identify, develop, implement and maintain security processes, practices and policies throughout the organization.

In addition to these duties I devised, organized, and delivered public presentations on behalf of the local regional government. The most successful was a seminar against terrorism that drew an audience of five hundred, was televised and was covered extensively in the local newspaper. As a result of this particular event at the end of the year I was chosen by the local newspaper as man of the year.

Responsibilities:

Organising the Intelligence and Physical security and Protection of information and contra information (passive and active) for specified “objects”.
To lead the protection against physical and informational penetration of security systems and programs.

Examples of these “objects” include military corporate, military factories, construction, military research programs, diplomatic objects, military bases and other governmental objects.
I also was in charge for Security/Safety, Operations and Facilities of those “objects”.

The department was at a national level and my duties were defined under the term of “military terrestrial and military air“.

My department was responsible for all aspects of Intelligence Security of information such as the gathering and collection, analysis, storage, and validation of information.
Lead the gathering of information and providing of information to our government of existing military, economical and social political situations, internally and internationally, and the outcome of this information.

The department was also responsible for researching international economical opportunities, validating the credibility of potential partners and the stability of their economical and political environment in the country.

Responsibilities:
Being at the head national office of Military Protection and at the surrounding county offices

My main duties were:
To organise the intelligence security (passive and active).

To protect against informational and physical penetration of security programs and systems of military factories, military diplomats, military weapons research, military bases and other military subjects.

My duties as First officer included organising the informational operations, surveillance, and protection of operations.
I also was in charge of the HR department, training people and developing new strategies and tactics.
