Your undoubted experience in the construction of High Spec schemes, preferably large scale Hotel, Retail and Residential Tower projects, will put you in the driving seat for this outstanding opportunity. Client facing, co-ordination and liaison skills at senior level are a must have for this important role. Due to this company being part of an International organisation, this position offers superb career prospects and a very competitive all-in package provided for the best applicant. You will be based in Dubai for this position.

The Construction Management team, the market leader in its field, works on some of the most prestigious high profile projects in and around the Middle East. Projects will be a combination of new build high end High-Rise Hotel and Residential developments. There are vacancies for site and office based project planners with commercial experience, preferably gained from projects in valued between £50-£150m.
