My client is a recognised worldwide brand in the field of enterprise infrastructure software. As their business grows in the Middle East they have a vacancy for a Professional Services Manager, this position will report to the General Manager for the Middle East and be based out of the Dubai office although extensive travel may be required. The following skills and attributes are required for this position

· Technical knowledge and experience in enterprise level software solutions

· Demonstrated success in establishing & managing a PS Team

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills

· Effective communication skills consulting with customers

· Demonstrated experience in project management & resource allocation

· Strong experience in risk calculation & mitigation

· Ability to prepare & present proposals persuasively

· Ability to scope and propose a turnkey solution

· Proven experience in J2EE, XML, SOA, UML...

· Minimum of 5 years experience in the field PS management

· Good experience in vertical like Banking, Telco's, energy, and public sector

· Fluent in English and business writing
