As a Senior Planning Manager you will have a degree in engineering, building construction or project management with 15 - 18 years post qualification experience; specific knowledge in preparing and reviewing Master Schedules for High Rise projects is a must. You will be in charge of providing in depth technical support to the Senior Management of the group with regard to Projects Planning, Monitoring & Controlling processes, and also providing risk assessment and value engineering for all projects. Heading a team of managers and engineers, you will monitor development and execution progress at a Macro level and preempt claims from the Contractor. You are to be well versed in, with hands on experience using, Primavera. A background in the Middle East working on similar projects will be an added advantage.
