Is Part Time Job Allowed In Dubai?

I wanna know if one can work as part-time in Dubai? As we all know, house rent, food, etc. are tremendously increasing so in order to meet these needs, one solution I thought is to work in another company as part time. Its a means of having extra income, isn't it?

legally no.
you can only have one labour card, which entitles you to work for a single employer only, all other "outside" employment is considered illegal.
