Potential:

Maybe I am a little bit naive , but the post reads as follows:

You have an agency, connected (or doing by yourself) to the UK company incorporation of/for clients who are in need for nominees.
Nominees are required, if the original beneficiary doesn't want to disclose, out of what reason ever.

As a setup agent - or intermediate, or supplier of an agent - you have surely a setup agreement with the client. And if the client wants a nominee (shareholder, director or secretary), you charge him. If you are not mad, you charge definitely more than GBP 15 / USD 30 monthly for a nominee director.

Aaah, understand. The seriousness and qualification of someone being the merchant and chargeable DIRECTOR of a UK Ltd. is defined by having or not having 300 USD in the pocket. That's quite easy for nearly everyone - if he is familiar with UK Companies Act or not - thanks to your great company, suddenly other criteria are playing a role!

Oooooooh, sorry for being so mistrusting! Now I understand. Each of your nominee directors gets from you delivered his own UK Limited to reduce his (eventually) unlimited managerial liability down to the share capital of his Ltd. Let me guess, 1 or 2 GBP share capital?
