Key Responsibilities: Report development and maintenance using PL/SQL Conducting (Functional Testing, Integration testing, System Testing). Functional Support & Trouble shooting for local user. Coordinate with internal support teams as well as external vendors on customization issues. Conducting weekly meetings to discuss about the Technical feasibility of new customization requirements provided by the user.
