Infusion Development is a dynamic IT consulting and software development firm with offices in New York City, Boston, Toronto, London and Dubai. Founded in 1998, the company has enjoyed significant success since its inception, growing steadily while building an impressive client list that includes the world's largest banks, government agencies and hospitality companies.


Currently we are looking for a dynamic and presentable female – high preference given to native English speakers – who can function as Office Manager/Bookkeeper in a fast paced demanding environment.

General duties:
Administer monthly employee expenses
Handle office supplies
Cover overall admin tasks
Book and follow up on social events
Coordinate rental and maintenance of corporate flats
Book flights and hotel rooms
Expense Management
Bill Payments-phones, internet, etc
Maintain filing systems
Prepare monthly reports
Assist in keeping employee files up to date
Assist global operations management, local office management and HR as and when needed


Must have attributes:
Energetic, positive, resourceful female, highly flexible, smart and hits the ground running as soon as she joins

English is your first language or you have lived for some time in a native English speaking country

Being super organized is your second nature


Education:
Degree in Business, Administration or Accounts


Experience:
3-5 years in a hard core office management role with medium or large size companies
Min 2 years of accounts/bookkeeping experience
3-5 years in a Western type of office environment
