This is a greenfield opportunity to establish a HR function with one of the fastest overseas property developers operating in the UK. With 7 offices nationwide and further growth planned, this is an opportunity to shape the direction of our business. The ideal person for this role should be having 7- 10 years of experience as a HR Generalist. The job requires handling payroll, grievance handling and performance management and HR operations.
Previous experience at a similar capacity in fast paced, sales oriented industry preferred. You will be a strong communicator and a good negotiator with knowledge of HR CIPD preferred. An excellent negotiable package is on offer. The job is based in London with some nationwide travel.
