Job Outline-
Manage phone calls from contractors
Outbound phone calls to request information
Ensure invoices are recieved to deadlines
Payroll Management
Resolve problems relating to banking issues
Maintain spreadsheets
Provide support to the rest of the team as required
Looking for ENGLISH SPEAKING CANDIDATES ONLY, MUST HAVE EXCELLENT VERBAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS, PREF NATIVE ENGLSH
Experience of processing payments, customer service, good time management, problem solving skills, good telephone manner and good Windows PC skills.
