Coordinate office management
Procurement
Process Requisitions & Purchase Orders in OMEGA
Contact suppliers for quotes
Coordinate with existing suppliers
Enter new suppliers in OMEGA
Business Control
Coordinate MSA for Q4
Coordinate with CFO for any Business Control matters – including updates for US Export list
Carry out workspace audit for General Management team, Net Admin, IT Director,
Relocation
Arrange relocation hotels for new joiners
Book flights and issue tickets as required
Business travel
Coordinate with HO for travel requests approval
Coordinate with Ho for invitation letter when required
Book and issue tickets for flights
Provide support for visa application for business travel where applicable (forms, letters, insurance docs etc)
Labor Permit is provided
Salary is AED10,000-AED11,000 for the right candidates
