(1) Design Manager
Role:
Establish and operate design management and design control systems to monitor and control project design in terms of time, quality and cost ensuring development progress complies with the time schedule and development program. Examine all designs, materials and information against standard codes and regulations. Review and revise all designs, drawings, specifications, bill of quantities and contract documents for all works for offshore and inland developments. Supervise, administer, monitor and evaluate all deliverables of Project Management Company, project consultants, contractors and service providers.
Requirements
B.Sc. in Architectural Engineering with minimum 15 years experience in Design Management of multi-use large scale projects. Master planning and urban design experience in offshore developments is highly desirable.


(2) Senior Civil Engineer
Role:
Prepare and analyze all required data for construction systems and civil works. Supervise, administer, monitor and evaluate all deliverables of Project Management Company, project consultants, contractors and service providers in addition to reviewing and analyzing all reports presented from the project management company. Assist in the value engineering and feasibility of the project. Assist in establishing the company's knowledge base in the field of building technology and construction systems.
Qualifications & Experience
B.Sc. Civil Engineering with minimum 15 years experience.


(3) Senior Marine Engineer
Role:
Prepare and analyze all required data for operations of offshore and inland developments. Review and revise all designs, drawings, specifications, bill of quantities and contract documents for all marine works and marine transportation for offshore and inland development. Assist in the value engineering and feasibility of the project. Review, analyze and advise on all reports presented from the project management company, project consultants, contractors and service providers.
Requirements
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Marine Engineering with minimum 10 years experience in mega scale projects preferably offshore developments. Extensive knowledge in offshore piling, barge, rock and concrete shore protection, pontoon works and floating deck systems.


(4) Senior Utilities Engineer
Role:
Prepare and analyze all required data for construction systems, utilities and infrastructure. Review and revise all designs, drawings, specifications, bill of quantities and contract documents for all utilities and infrastructure works for offshore and inland development. Review, analyze and advise on all reports presented from the project management company, project consultants, contractors and service providers.
Requirements
B.Sc. Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 15 years experience in mega scale projects. Experience in offshore developments is highly desirable.




(5) Senior Infrastructure Engineer
Role:
Prepare and analyze all required data for construction systems, utilities and infrastructure. Review and revise all designs, drawings, specifications, bill of quantities and contract documents for all utilities and infrastructure works for offshore and inland development. Review, analyze and advise on all reports presented from the project management company, project consultants, contractors and service providers.
Requirements
B.Sc. Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 15 years experience in mega scale and offshore projects.


(6) Senior Quantity Surveyor
Role:
Prepare and analyze all required data for construction materials specifications and costs. Review and revise tender documents, evaluation and awards, BOQs and claims. Carry out monthly valuations of work in progress, and prepare and monitor project cash flow forecasts. Review and certify all payments and certifications from Project Management Company, project consultants, contractors and service providers. Advise on selection of materials and equipment. Assist in establishing the company's knowledge base in the field of materials specifications, building technology, construction systems, local and international contractors and service providers.
Requirements
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years experience in mega scale projects.


(7) Architect
Role:
Developing and reviewing design drawings, working drawings, presentation documents, etc. Producing and reviewing detailed and accurate architectural documents including building floor plans (interior & exterior), elevations, sections, etc. Making redline changes to submitted architectural drawings when required. Coordinating with the Project Management Company and Design Consultants
Requirements
B.Sc. in Architectural Engineering with 10 years experience in mega scale projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max


(8) Planner/Scheduler
Role:
Responsible for all planning activities of the project in accordance with the quality management procedure. Prepare detailed planning packages in Primavera/MS Project, highlighting areas of concern. Monitor progress throughout the development and construction phase and compare with projected schedule of work. Analyze and report variances (time, manpower, cost) to the plan and prepare revised forecasts. Identify and recommend insightful mitigation plans to ensure Master Plan and Schedule are used as predictive models and value added management tools.
Requirements
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years experience. Extensive experience in MS Project and Primavera.
