There's too much discrimination in the local jobs market including gender, age and race.

I'm run the Gulf jobsite http://www.jobs123.com and see these type's of posts all the time. What should I do? If I tell people to change the advert they will but I'm sure that if the type of people that are being discriminated against apply for those jobs they wont get a response. If I stop accepting such adverts some people will just be wasting their time applying.
