Experience in transacting software services in the Dubai region. Services should be using SOA, Mobile Computing or Database Technologies.
Understand company capabilities and service record. Effectively sell (Up-sell and Cross-sell) to the different client teams within the accounts
Identify areas where the company can contribute, canvass regularly with decision makers, constantly follow-up until a PO is obtained
Create good visibility (branding and publicity) through informal meetings, relationship building and technical events / road-shows to spread awareness
Work with the lead generation team to forge relationships with stakeholders who can influence revenue streams and build a new pipeline to reach target number of deals
Point of escalation and resolution for all matters which will influence the standing of THBS in the eyes of the customer. This includes delivery, sales proposals, motivation and conduct of THBS personnel who will be seen as brand ambassadors
Organize formal and informal measurement matrix/ feedback, and direct the information received towards leveraging improvements in measurements recorded
Conceptualize new services that could be offered to the client-base and identify areas where contribution towards sales could be increased
Work with the BU heads to generate high-quality proposals and collateral (case-studies, presentations, white-papers etc.).
Work with the heads of shared services and the BU Heads to get highly competent personnel to fill the onsite client requirements.
The individual is preferred to be an Arabic speaking localite, flexible in travelling regularly.
