(6) Sales Manager (UK/US/European) (Job ref. no: hr/oq/sm)
Role:
Generate and manage sales opportunities and implement promotion and sales strategies to maximize revenues.
Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets in addition to liaising with and managing external sales agents if applicable.
Cooperate with the Marketing & PR Department in arranging exhibitions and events locally and internationally.
Prepare presentations, proposals and sales agreements.
Prepare sales budgets and a variety of status reports.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in relevant discipline with minimum 10 years experience with at least 3 years experience in the U.A.E in real estate.

(8) Communications & Media Officer (UK/US/European/Arab) (Job ref. no: hr/oq/cmo)
Role:
Compose articles, picture stories and advertorials for external publications and website updates.
Ensure adequate media coverage of all company activities in liaison with the Marketing team.
Develop and review required information material relating to company activities locally, regionally and internationally including press kits and releases.
Draft speeches, advertising text and review all internal communications to ensure consistency with brand image.
Maintain good relations with the media, including local, national and international newspapers, radio and television.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Journalism, Communication or Political Science with minimum 5 years experience with at least 2 years experience in the U.A.E. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong media network in the U.A.E.



(9) HR Specialist (Job ref. no: hr/oq/hrs)
Role:
Plan and implement recruitment and selection
Prepare and coordinate employee payroll and visa processing
Provide employees with information on company policies and procedures, working conditions, employee benefits.
Develop and implement employee performance appraisals, induction and training
Develop employee development plan and monitor development needs
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in relevant discipline with minimum 5 years experience with sound knowledge of UAE labour law..


(10) In-house Attorney (Job ref. no: hr/oq/iha)
Role:
Furnish strategic legal advice.
Draft and negotiate project management/engineering international contracts and agreements.
Review and negotiate insurance policies.
Review and negotiate bonds, guarantees and warranties.
Assist with joint venture negotiations and finalizations.
Administer and review existing and future contracts of the company.
Recommend and undertake appropriate legal action in circumstances of dispute.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Law or LLB with minimum 10 years experience and at least 3 years experience in the U.A.E preferably in the construction industry. Sound knowledge of construction law, real estate law, UAE laws and Sharia Law.


(11) Paralegal (Job ref. no: hr/oq/pl)
Role:
Conduct routine and specific legal and factual information research and data compilation.
Draft legal position statements for in-house attorney review.
Draft contracts, settlement agreements, purchase agreements and other legal documentation as required by the in-house attorney.
Administer, maintain and monitor filing system and an in-house law knowledgebase and library.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Law with minimum 3 years experience.
