International Removals and Relocation
Salary up to AED7,000 per month
Based in the U.A.E.
Our client is a leader in mobility management, relocations, records management and logistics services with offices throughout the world. They have an immediate requirement for Account Coordinators who will be based in the UAE.
Reporting to the Customer Services Manager/Sales and Marketing Manager, the primary responsibility for this role is to manage a caseload of relocating employees and their families internationally. The Account Coordinator takes responsibility in providing the required support in managing the entire relocation process; coordinating all services and ensuring the employee and family are delighted with the services provided.
Responsibilities:
• Being the first point of contact for transferees, record their details, brief them on the process of obtaining a proposal & remain as contact during the entire relocation
• Scheduling survey appointments for the Removals Consultants & re-confirmations for the same.
• Preparing relocation packs with all the relevant information for the Removals Consultants.
• Coordinating with destination agents / Crown offices to obtain rates, customs information, regulations etc. for preparation of proposals.
• Assist clients in the absence of the Removals Consultants with queries, issues, concerns & booking jobs.
• Assist Removals Consultants & the Corporate Services team, whenever required.
• Ensuring that all relevant information & discussions with clients is updated.
• Perform Move Management duties by being an efficient point of contact for designated corporates & private moves.
• Provide a consistent & high level of customer service to the transferee & account during the move process.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role or previous experience in sales or customer service environment
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Must be college graduate.
• Must have above average computer literacy.
• Good logical & Mathematical skills.
• You must already be in U.A.E.
