U.S. based business is looking to expand into Dubai. I am the owner of a successful martial arts/fitness studio in Chicago, Illinois, U.S. and am looking to open a similar business in Dubai. I have some local contacts there also interested in getting involved. My training studio is very unique not only in the content we teach, but the direction it has taken. We are involved in training several law enforcement and military groups along with our usual civilians. I've personally been featured in several internationally distributed magazines, radio shows, webcasts and more. The quality of my training has brought me to over 13 states (domestic) to teach seminars as well.

1) A native partner or investor to run/operate the business

2) $200,000 USD (mostly to be used for the purpose of location, advertising, payroll etc)
