Hi,
I need help in cancelling my work permit.
I work in a MNC and I came to Dubai to work for a client. I came in through the 'Sponsor' who partnered with our company. Now i have resigned from my organization, but my organization is not willing to cancel my work permit.
Sponsor said that they cancel only when they receive a request from my organization. My question is, should i adhere to the Notice period and rules of the 'Sponsor' too ?
and can i contact Immigration to solve this issue.
My Work permit is valid for 3 yrs. Im not sure about the Free zone and other clauses.
So pls help me....
