Hi,
I have been working in a Dubai Media City Company and have a DMC TECOM Visa. I've been working for a month now and i have got a better offer from another Free Zone Company in Jebal Ali. I would like to check if someone can tell me if my present employer will ask me to pay any type of visa fees back to the company if i plan to shift any time soon?
There is a revoking clause in my contract, that states that i the employee shall pay back the employer 45 days salary if the employee resigns as per the article 117 of the UAE Labor law. Is this valid in a free zone company?
Can someone help me as i do not want to pay such a high fee ... can the my present employer go legal against me if i do not pay this ?

Also the visa is a limited contract free zone visa for 3 years.
