One sugestion. Learn to create topics with informative titles.
"Please sugest" is not informative.
People will just skip it.
Write in the title something like. "Abusive boss, advice needed." or something that describes your situation.
The more specific you are the better.
Also you should be able to bump your topic up. So that it is on the top.
