So here it goes..my dad lost his job in 2012 and he couldnt really get his visa cancelled because his passport was in the dubai court from about 2010 and in 2013 his company filed an absconding case on him which eventually means that he ran away from the company while he was still here in UAE. long story in short..after all this my dads case is now shifted from the immigration court to the dubai courts..and its 2015 now..Here is the main problem, my visa expired in 2012 and i couldnt get it cancelled till date ! my fines are about 60000 Dirhams which obviously i cant afford to pay ! stopped my college back in 2012 because of all this.. and its been 3 years i couldnt join..i cant leave the college because i have done 1 and a half years of study there and my credits are not enough to be transferred. i want a way in which i can somehow get rid of the fines and come back here to the UAE to complete my studies! advice needed please? oh and i was born here..
