Hi, appreciate if someone can advise. My husband is a Muslim and I'm a Christian. my son was born few months after our Muslim marriage and now he's 1year old and we would like to sponsor him to stay with us. We've got all proper documents and when my husband went to the Immigration they asked why was the child born only few months after our Muslim marriage date? Out of fear my husband said that we've married in a Christian way earlier. now the officer has asked us to get that documents which we will never have plus they were asking for a Clearance from court that I've changed my name to a Muslim as per our Muslim marriage cert? They said without that we will never be able to bring our child?

Can anyone suggest what to do next?
