Hello Everyone! Good Morning!
Please help me, i have been selected to a famous company (construction company) in Dubai 10-Aug-2013.
Now the problem is, HR told me, they will not be offering any offer letter or confirmation letter because which is not there under their company's rules and regulations and also inform me to join into job position based on only visa(may be employment visa?). So,I am scared now! without offer letter or confirmation letter if i join into company,will i need to face any problems ? such as salary reduction or less salary pay from fixed salary, late pay salary,i have selected for secretary position but will they change my role after some period ? when i exit DUBAI, go back to my home country return to Dubai to join this company,any other problems will i need to face if i accept the visa send by the company...or shall i cancel this job offer!??? What can I do? I appreciate any help you can give.
