My Name Muhammad Tariq working Almaal General Trading LLC Since 18 August 2012 as General Accountant Position.
I had given 30 Days Prior Notice to my employer on 30June by email and he
accepted by verbal, and i handed over all voucher, invoices and all
what i had regarding accounts handover, but the employer and the lady
who taken over all voucher they didn't given me handover paper, During
my prior notice may candidates came for interviews but none of them was
selected,
On 31 July Employer had given me farewell party and
NOC on Letterhead with sign and stamp. and my cancellation paper from
Labor also typed (work permit No. 50050448) which can also be verified. i
had given sign on that paper and employer said you can go and we will
cancel your visa. I left the company and wait for cancellation more than
2 weeks ,
than i made complain with MOL Complain No.184879,
I
went to Ministry Of Labor 5 times but the employer didn't came, at
final 6th hearing the employer came with his lawyer in Ministry and said
this complaint, more over this guy more than 1 and half month not
coming in company we want handover and audit of company. I showed the
NOC given by employer on letterhead with sign and stamp , 30 days prior
notice , and cancellation paper with sign, but Ministry asked about
handover paper, that was not given by company that was pre planned, and
Ministry declared decision to rejoin company and again give prior notice
30 days, otherwise you will be banned.
I obeyed Ministry
order, and re join the company. again i had given notice by email and i
try to give that notice by company admin to get sign on this resign
notice, Employer refuse to accept that notice further they didn't hire
any auditor or accountant for handover that was already given. Moreover i
respect Ministry order and the company now made restriction about
sitting in sale room or reception, there is not allowed to go any other
room and no one allowed to speak with me like prisoners.
The
salary for the month of August 2014 as per ministry of Labor should be
given to me and Employer accepted but still i didn't get a single penny,
I made complaint for my salary on 16th September, but still its under
process,29th September i called to follow up my Salary Complaint they
said we had already ask from employer to clear salary
