How To Clear Blacklist Case Filed From Bank

How to clear blacklist case filed from bank Mar 20, 2016
Dear Sir

One of my relative worked here in UAE and gone vacation and not come back and he had credit card with the bank. They filed case and later my relative paid the due amount.

After this the lawyer office didn't clear the blacklist from immigration.

Please inform me what I have to do. This is 10 year before case.
