I would like to ask clarification regarding my Resignation in my company. I am currently working as Receptionist cum Secretary in Hamriyah Freezone in Sharjah. Wherein I have 3 years contract and already completed 2 years and 5 months and now I received an offer in Abudhabi Cleveland Clinic under Mubadalla company which offer me twice than my salary in my current company. I already submitted my resignation with one month notice to my boss however he refused to accept my resignation. Does the employer has the right to refuse my resignation? Please advice. Thanks!
