We are currently having a nightmare in regards to sponsoring our daughter on my husbands visa. we thought we had finally got somewhere to be then told that all the documents need to be stamped in the uk before they will touch them here. so we ended up doing a visa run to renew her visit visa, this was done on the 28th Feb and she has 40 days now on her new visa, what i cant seem to find any information on at the moment is if we are able to do another visa run to oman if we reach the 40 days and everything isnt sorted yet. all we would need is an extra 30 days as at the beginning of may she is flying home with me for 4 months for summer.
