Another Company Visa

Dear my company has send me another company visa to work under him . now me working with another company visa here . here salary is late . . . if i wish to leave my job what step should i take ??? what will be my probation period ?? my contract is unlimited . . . . does i have to pay him any fine for visa ???? and if he doesnt leave me after giving my 1 month notice !!! please help me . . . . !!!!!
