Absconding Rules?

If the visa is already cancelled by the company and its being second month after last date can the company case still absconding against that guy? as he is waiting for visa from his new company, which he is told be given in a week period.

Yes, i'm afraid so, as long as you are still not under the visa of other company they are still liable whatever happens to you that's why the companies are filing absconding case against you as they will not be liable whatever happens to you in dubai, even you're already cancelled they can file absconding case against you.
