Hi i need a quick help please. my father was working in a government company and he got terminated because he was out of town as his brother was sick due to late response they terminated him. and his fault was that he did not answer them because they will cancel the visa and where he will go so they put an absconding case on him and he stayed for over 2 years and now we paid the overstaying fines and also his ex company removed the ban by giving the letter approval but when we paid the fines and he got the outpass. while leaving dubai he got to know that in the system still ban is been seen. all the papers we showed them and paid but they they did not stamp on the passport ( also no eyescan was done when he left this was a good thing).as we have all the papers that he is clear we issued a visit visa for him which was done. we checked with abu dhabi immigration about the ban thng they said still its shown in the system and one of the guy consulted let him come to dubai and see if they stop or return him back. as its there system mistake not our. what do you guys suggest. on emergency need we want him to come to dubai this week . we dont want to take a chance that they stop him waste of money n time. please suggest what shall we do. and what do you think by any means of their phone chat they can remove system ban ??
