Hi guys

A good park in Barsha opened a few months ago (Aptly named Barsha Pond Park, or something like that), it has good facilities like a 1.5km running track, a football pitch (approx 7 or 8-a-side), coupla tennis courts, two volleyball courts and a basketball court. Check it out!

Well call it karma, last year we lost to them away because of a frigging beach ball (After that game the referee association confirmed that the goal should have never stood, while they are backing the ref after the most recent debacle)

Anyhow, was a s**t performance and it's a s**t season overall thus far

Ah but last season your goalie took his eye off the ball and Sunderland scored. This time the referee wasn't even looking at the ball, Sunderland hadn't taken the free kick and Torres just took advantage of the confusion. Bad sportsmanship at it's best.
On the other topic you ask if they're still looking. Do you mean for a pitch or for players? If it's a game you want I would pm Gezza as he isn't always on this forum. He will reply to you. They still play on a Thursday evening at Al Quoz, or did very recently anyway. BTW he is a Man U. supporter but don't hold it against him.

It is the one right in the center with the lake/pond (Below Al Mawakb School)

Quite a good park, it is intended to be for families and Barsha residents only, but you can always tell the security guy (If you are stopped) that you live right behind Mall of the Emirates and that you had just moved in
