Hello,

I am looking for an one sentence definition of offside with football. So far I have:

A player is in an offensive offside position when he is actively involved in the play and if he has fewer than two opposition players (including the goalkeeper) between himself (with any part of body counting except for arms) and the goal line when the ball is played to him by a teammate and is in front of the ball in the opposition half of the field, excluding receiving the ball directly form a goal kick, corner kick or throw-in.

Any improvements are greatly appreciated.
