Wife Runaway With Other Guy

My friends wife runaway with other guy' where should he go for complain,and what is his legal support ? He is living with her last 3 years with happily .he has nikha Nama ( marriage certificate) but not attested from foreign office. Plz advice.

Go to the police statopn first to launch a FIR and they will guide you.

Frankly! If I were you, I 'd have asked my friend to celebrate. The girl who didn't care about his love and relation doesn't deserve his tears either.
