hey you should check out this website. it has a huge list of restaurants in Dubai and has got good deals.

First Recommendation :- In the middle of the desert watching the sunset with a glass of fizz! :P

Second Recommendation :- The Jumeirah Beach Club Resort :D

And Apart from this you can try Etisalat Yellowpages Directory. There you will find the list of Dubai restaurants and hotels and other places.
