She certainly seems to have a lot of pent up aggression - its anyone's guess where coming from but I think its better she resolves these issues rather than let them escalate. Either way I wish she would restrict her venting just to one thread so other people can actually have a discussion. I asked her to do that nicely but she didn't want to cooperate. Ah well you can only try.
