The FBI are apparently treating the shooting at a Sikh temple in the USA as an act of terrorism. The gunman is dead and details of who he is and his motives aren't released yet.
I think the only thing we can conclude from the caution over his identity is that he is probably not a foreign national or of recent immigrant descent. I'd hazard a guess and say he was a right wing terrorist - but let's see what information comes out.
It is a tragedy that peaceful worshippers were killed and injured in this terrorist attack. My sympathies are with the victims and their families.
