I suppose one difference is the religious fanaticism; whereas most brownshirts were likely as religious as many in the West are today, shafique is a religious extremist who literally believers everything in a 1,400 year old "holy" book - from slavery and concubinage to scientific inaccuracies.
The similarities are important, however. Both shafique and Nazi brownshirts were/are deeply Antisemitic; both had a strong authoritarian streak and both supported attacking/restricting the speech of those they disagreed with.
Strangely enough, shafique is now claiming most normal British citizens are like the UAF extreme Left wingnuts and Muslim fanatics who carry posters calling for the imposition of 7th century fascist system of governance and attack others with flowerpots, bricks and bottles.
Thankfully, of course, most British do not actually resemble shafique's caricaturization of them and, rather, deeply oppose the religious fanatic brownshirts and far-Left thugs they have been compared to.

Ordinary Londoners?
