This was such a bad mistake on NATO's part! It will only serve to lessen the credibility of NATO and makes diplomacy much more difficult!

The reports are saying the people of Benghazi are celebrating this attack. So much disgusting news all around.

I hope Hollywood will take this as well as he possibly can.

Saif Gadaffi was as much of an International Terrorist as his Father still is.
He is as much of a coward hiding behind his wife and children as his Father still is.
As Colonel of the Libyan Armed Forces and part of the Command and Control of that army, is still a legitimate target for NATO and I doubt yesterday's events will change anything.
The Libyan people don’t want diplomacy, diplomacy doesn’t work in that part of the world, they want Gadaffi out.

We'll have to see Dillon. It just doesn't look like good form to me. It may be useful, but it may backfire!

That wasn't a mistake! It was spot on target. Well done NATO.

Completely agree, Dillon. Hanging Saddam, killing the son of Gadaffi, carpet bombing of Serbian cities in 1999. These are all "democratization" in action, or the arsenal of democracy.

How were all these starting? Finding WMD in Iraq... closing Libian sky for military aircrafts...

I advise you to wash your hands better from the red substance.

But this thread is about Gaddafi's son, not Osama Bin Laden.

Killing his son means now NATO has to go all in now. If things quite down and go back to normal without his removal, Gaddafi won't take it very nicely. All progress in relation made with the west before the upheaval will be lost and Libya will go back to its plane blowing ways and quite possibly turn into another terrorist safe haven.

Nato is now in a double or nothing game now.
