This stand your ground law second most craziest thing to come out of Florida after Pastor Terry "The Moustache" Jones, ironicaly I was just reading about this laws first victim Jason Rosenbloom, whose neighbour basically shot him because he got into an argument with him and later claimed he was on his property and making a move on him.

And what even more insane is the police took the neighbour word for it and pretty much closed the case then and their and he has never been investigated since, and guess who passed this wonderfull law, Jeb Bush with heavy lobbying from the NRA !
