Human rights have another meaning in the ME.

She will be able to find refugee in Europe. Although I strongly believe refugees should be able to find shelter in their own region as much as possible, in the Arab world this is not possible in a lot of cases.
Rape is also a tactical weapon during war in societies where shame and honour play such an important role.

There is no due process and even less human rights in the whole Arab peninsula, they are all dictatorships without execption, they extradite whoever they want on a phone call. Look at Barhein, who would have thought before (beside me) that Barhani police would shoot at protestors.
Same would happen in Dubai if Shk Mo's regime was threatened.
And to make it worse , she is a woman, an Arab is an Arab, whether he is from Lybia or Qatar, Dubai or Afghanistan, a woman is commodity.
