Very interesting indeed - thanks for posting eh.

The comparisons with Dubai are too obvious.. but on the economic front, I shudder to think what the consequences of the property bubble in China bursting will be. (There's no doubt that there is a bubble, IMO).

Interesting video. I can see the comparisons to Dubai as well. The major difference is that expats will never cause unrest, and no need for the the locals as they are quite content :lol:, at least those who didn't buy.

What are they thinking? So many people want to have a place to live and work, but they can't afford to buy anything in these ghost towns! Insanity.
